Fixation and permeabilization kit for flow cytometry

IntraCell is intended for fixation and permeabilization of cells in suspension for flow cytometry analysis.
IntraCell is developed for use with all flow cytometers and reagents remains intact the cell surface marker expression and the cell properties of FSC and SSC.

IREM-2

Monoclonal Mouse Anti-Human IREM-2 is recommended for use in flow cytometry for identification of mature hematopoietic cells of the monocytic and myeloid dendritic cell lineages. This marker is specifically present on monocytic cell subset. Use: The irem-2 appears at the end of maturation stage of monocytes, even after the CD14. The antibody can be used to classify the different types of myeloid leukaemias, especially those with monocytic component. Specificity: The anti-Irem-2 is specific for monocytes and myeloid dendritic cells lineages. In normal peripheral blood should be positive for at least 80% of monocytes.
